Let me narrate your story: You’re hungry, committed and putting up tremendous amounts of sweat equity in your startup. You are moving at breakneck speed and challenging the status quo every single day.
It’s a fulfilling feeling to create an impact and live life on your terms. But, as you burn the midnight oil and amplify your list of achievements, an unpleasant realization dawns upon you.
Your professional success and the ambition to leave a legacy are plaguing your family life.
I know that eerie feeling.
But don’t worry, you have come to the right place.

Well, my content and frameworks are rooted in my philosophy of applying business principles to relationships.
Now, I know your next question.
How does applying business principles to family life even work?
I have been a successful entrepreneur while struggling to manage my life at home. My relationship with my wife, Yurda, was getting strained. As she recovered from serious illness, I had a wake-up call.
I corrected my course and, besides being a successful business leader, became a better father and spouse.
Curious about what I did?
I managed to solve 80% of our relationship struggles by applying business principles to my personal life.
That involved crafting my personal mission statement, having weekly meetings with my spouse to discuss our expectations, clearly laying down our roles and responsibilities and a lot more.
You can check out my 6-part course Managing Happiness that discusses the system Yurda and I have perfected in detail. It has received rave reviews from the first batch of crazy entrepreneur students.
But who is David Henzel?

Hi David,
Thanks for doing your thing. I enjoyed your post on not giving a f@$%. I am curios about what you mean when you say that you are a “recovering introvert”?
I consider myself an introvert and entrepreneur and this can be quite a struggle at times.
Have a great day!
Manne
PS. A great book on introversion is “Quiet” by Susan Cain.
Hey Manne,
I call myself a “recovering introvert” because I used to be very introverted but I managed to get over the social anxiety and realized that networking etc is actually a lot of fun 🙂 I just pushed myself and went to two networking mixer events per week until it became a piece of cake..
Thank you for the book tip!
Cheers,
David
